Geophysical situation as of June 15
1) WBG data
Intensive high-frequency (HF) anomaly registered by the WBG instrumentation system during period of 06/12/2010–06/14/2010 has ended. LF wave (LF anomaly) is still being observed as in the WBG-3.
WBG system data indicates tense seismic situation.
2) Greece area
RC EOM's experts have revealed EQ clouds in the Greece area on the June 14 and 15. EQ clouds are shown on the images of the European geostationary satellite
Also in the forecast area
On the basis of present situation analysis Greece earthquake forecast has been prolonged for another 2 weeks. Parameters of the prolonged forecast are the following:
Date:: before 1st of July, most probable date is June 20 ± 2 days.
Location: 37–41°N, 21–23°E and additional forecast area of 2° x 2° size centered on the Thessaloniki city (39.5–41.5°N, 22–24°E).
Magnitude: M?7; estimate based on earthquake clouds (EQ clouds) is M6.4-6.9.
3) Central American area (California-Mexico)
In the California region sufficiently strong and some small earthquakes have occurred:
