Martynov Oleg Viktorovich is the academician of the “International academy of the ecological and vital safety sciences”, D.Sc.(Engineering), the professor of faculty "Welding, moulding and technology of constructional materials" in Tula State University, the Honored Higher Education Worker of the Russian Federation, the Inventor of the USSR.

Kurotchenko Sergey Pavlovich is the senior staff scientist. Received B.Sc (2003) and M.Sc. (2005) in instrument engineering and Ph.D (2008) in biological (life) sciences from Tula State University, Tula, Russia. Scientific interests include biomedical technologies, the impact of electromagnetic fields on biological systems, geophysics, wave processes, signal analysis and processing.
Shopin Sergey Aleksandrovich – senior staff scientist. Received B.Sc (2004) and M.Sc (2006) in electrical engineering from Tula State University, Tula, Russia. At this moment he is Ph.D student working in department of electrotechnics and electrical equipment of Tula State University. His research interests include control theory, digital signal processing, instrumentation systems, geoinformation systems, geophysics. He is IEEE Student Member.
Shopin Victor Aleksandrovich is the junior staff scientist. Received B.Sc. (2007) and M.Sc. (2009) in management from Tula State University, Tula, Russia. At this moment he is Ph.D student working in department of finances and management of Tula State University. Scientific interests include geoinformation systems and digital cartography.
